A Three-Part Journey:
Stillness Your Sanctuary, Breath Your Guide
1. Gentle Release (15 Mins)
We begin each class with gentle, floor-based stretches to release tension from the shoulders, back, hips, and neck. As part of the meditation process, these movements are performed slowly and with breath-led awareness, creating physical space and inner softness that prepares you for deeper practice.
2. Conscious Breathwork (Prānāyāma)
The heart of the practice is prāṇāyāma, or conscious breathwork. You’ll be guided through traditional techniques such as Nāḍī Śodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Ujjāyī (victorious breath) to steady your life energy and calm the constant fluctuations of the mind.
3. Conscious Deep Rest (Yoga Nidrā)
The final portion of the breathing and meditation course is a guided practice of deep rest, or Yoga Nidrā. While lying in Śavāsana, you are gently led through inner landscapes using body scans and imagery.
