1.1. Max strength of 7 mats
1.2. Reservation of the class is on first cum first-serve basis
1.3. Special classes for people who are having Insomnia, Hypertension, Frozen Shoulder, PCOD, Thyroid, Sciatica, Back Pain, Spine problem etc.. These are private yoga therapy classes that are held on a request basis.
2. Reservation Policy
2.1. Reservations can be made 15 days in advance.
2.2. If a class is fully booked, you will be placed on the waitlist. Multiple waitlist bookings are allowed. Upon class confirmation, your name will be removed from other wait lists.
2.3. 2 hours notice required for cancellations.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1. Renew your plan before the expiry date otherwise new rates will apply.
3.2. All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.3. After the payment kindly share your payment receipt via email.
3.4. Rudrakshaa Yogashala reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without any notice.
4. Class Booking Note
4.1. Class bookings can be made up to 15 days in advance. You must book your class in advance as some classes are more heavily attended than others. If a class you wish to take is full, we will place you on the waitlist and notify you of an opening as soon as possible. Do note that you are not allowed to book or attend a class using someone else’s account.
5. Guidelines for Yoga
DO’s
● Asanas should be practiced on an empty stomach. If you are feeling low then can take lukewarm water with honey.
● The bladder and stomach should be empty before starting the practice.
● Stay hydrated before going into yoga practice.
● Use light and comfortable clothes for easy movement of the body.
● Be aware of breathing while doing asanas.
● Perform the practice according to your capacity. It takes some time to get good results.
● Do not hold the body tight or give undue jerks to the body.
● Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. All classes start on time. Once class starts, you will not be allowed entry.
● Do not attend the studio if you have been ill, had symptoms, or been in contact with someone who has had COVID-19, or arrived from a country requiring quarantine in the last 14 days.
DONT’s
● Women should not perform asanas during their menses. Relaxation techniques and Pranayama can be done instead.
● Don’t perform yoga just after the meal. There should be a gap min 3 hours.
● Advisable not to drink water or eat food for 15 min. after yoga.
● Yoga should be avoided during illness, surgeries, sprains, or any fracture. After consulting the experts, they can resume the practice.
● Yoga is not advisable in the condition of a runny nose, sneezing, fever, or cold.
Class Etiquettes
● Don’t use mobile phones during class.
● Do not eat in the studio.
● Please do not talk in the class loudly, or studio.
