Can sessions be held at our office?
Yes. We bring the practice to you. Our teachers are available to conduct sessions at your office, boardroom, rooftop, or any suitable open space within your premises in Singapore. All we need is a reasonably clear area where participants can lay a mat and move freely. We handle the rest – guidance, sequencing, and any portable props required for the session.
How many employees can join a session?
Our corporate sessions can be tailored to groups of varying sizes, from small teams of 5 to larger groups of 30 or more. That said, we recommend keeping group sizes manageable so every participant receives meaningful attention and the session retains its quality. For larger organisations, we can structure multiple batches or rotate departments across a wellness calendar.
Do employees need any yoga experience?
Not at all. Most corporate groups are a mix of complete beginners and occasional practitioners – and our teachers are well-versed in designing sessions that work for everyone in the room. No flexibility, prior practice, or special clothing is required. Participants simply need to show up willing to pause, breathe, and move – the teacher takes care of everything else.

Yes. We offer live online corporate sessions for remote and hybrid teams, conducted via video conferencing platforms of your choice.
