Our online yoga classes are conducted live, in real time, just as they would be at our studio in Telok Ayer. This means you benefit from the full presence of your teacher, who can observe your posture, offer gentle corrections, and adapt the session to how you’re feeling that day. It’s the Rudrakshaa experience, delivered to your space. 

Not at all. Our offerings are open to all, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or returning with years of practice. Our teachers guide every session with care, meeting you exactly where you are. No background, no benchmark required. 

For most classes, a yoga mat is all you truly need. A few household items – a firm cushion, a folded blanket, or a sturdy belt – can serve as helpful props. If you have yoga blocks or a strap at home, do keep them nearby. Your teacher will let you know during class if and when anything might support your practice. 

We understand that connectivity hiccups happen.
