What equipment or props do I need?
For most classes, a yoga mat is all you truly need. A few household items – a firm cushion, a folded blanket, or a sturdy belt – can serve as helpful props. If you have yoga blocks or a strap at home, do keep them nearby. Your teacher will let you know during class if and when anything might support your practice.
What happens if my internet connection drops during class?
