FOUR
PILLARS

A Therapeutic Yoga Series

Rudrakshaa Yogashala

This 4-part therapeutic yoga series is designed to support your body’s core systems—nervous, musculoskeletal, endocrine, and digestive—through gentle movement, breathwork, and deep rest.

Join us for a transformative 4-part therapeutic yoga series designed to support your body’s natural healing intelligence. Each 2-hour session dives deep into one of the body’s foundational systems — offering gentle, intentional movement, breathwork, and awareness-based practices tailored to reset and realign your body and mind.

What Are the 4 Pillars?

Each session stands alone, yet together they offer a powerful, holistic approach to well-being.

Pillar 1: The Nervous System

Soothe the overactive mind. Regulate your stress response. Learn to move from fight or flight into rest and restore with practices that downregulate the nervous system.

Pillar 2: The Musculoskeletal System

Reconnect with your body. Release deep-seated tension and build intelligent strength. Ideal for those recovering from injury or seeking sustainable movement.

Pillar 3: The Endocrine System

Explore the subtle power of hormone balance. Learn how gentle movement and breath can harmonize your body’s internal rhythms — enhancing mood, energy, and vitality.

Pillar 4: The Digestive System

Support your second brain. Through mindful twists, breathwork, and restorative postures, this session stimulates digestion and encourages inner clarity and calm.

CALM AT THE CORE

A Therapeutic Yoga Session for the Nervous System

In today’s fast-paced world, our nervous systems are constantly in overdrive—leaving us feeling anxious, wired, or completely drained. Calm at the Core is a therapeutic yoga experience designed to gently guide you out of “fight or flight” and into a deeply restorative state of rest and regulation.

You’ll learn how to work with your nervous system, not against it—cultivating calm, safety, and resilience from within.

SUPPORT & STRENGTH

A Therapeutic Yoga Session for the musculoskeletal system

Modern life often compromises the body’s natural support systems—leading to chronic aches, poor posture, and a sense of disconnection from physical strength. This workshop is a space to realign, restore, and rebuild.

Support & Strength empowers you to feel stable and strong in your body again—through therapeutic movement, breath, and awareness designed to gently activate, balance, and support your musculoskeletal system.

BALANCE FROM WITHIN

A Therapeutic Yoga Session for the ENDOCRINE System

When your hormones are out of sync, everything can feel off—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This workshop is a space to reconnect with your body’s internal rhythm and restore the delicate balance of the endocrine system.

Balance from Within combines therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and deep rest to support hormonal regulation, reduce stress, and nourish the glands that govern energy, sleep, mood, and metabolism.

FLOW & FIRE

A Therapeutic Yoga Session for the DIGESTIVE system

When your digestion is out of balance, it can affect more than just your stomach—it can impact your energy, mood, immunity, and overall sense of well-being. This workshop offers a chance to reset, realign, and reconnect with your body’s inner fire (agni).

Flow & Fire combines therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and guided rest to support digestive function, reduce inflammation and bloating, and restore ease and clarity from the inside out.

Who Is the 4 Pillars Series For?

This series is thoughtfully designed for anyone seeking a deeper, more therapeutic approach to yoga and self-care — and for those who want to feel empowered to continue the practices at home.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience, these sessions are accessible, gentle, and educational — giving you tools you can return to again and again.

You’ll especially benefit if you are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or burnt out and need practical tools to reset your nervous system.
  • Experiencing chronic tension, pain, or fatigue, and looking for mindful movement that supports healing without overexertion.
  • Seeking hormonal balance or digestive support through holistic, non-invasive practices you can safely do on your own.
  • Unable to attend regular yoga classes but want to learn simple sequences and techniques you can easily practice at home.
  • In recovery — whether from injury, burnout, or emotional challenges — and ready for a nourishing, sustainable way back to embodied wellness.
  • Curious about the deeper layers of yoga, including the nervous system, endocrine function, and emotional regulation.
  • Health professionals, caregivers, or space holders interested in integrating somatic and restorative tools into their work or self-care

This isn’t just a yoga class — it’s a journey inward to listen, release, and realign.

What You’ll Learn

In each session, you’ll explore simple yet profound practices that reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence. You’ll leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to support your health holistically.

Across the 4 sessions, you will learn:

How to regulate your nervous system using breath, movement, and mindfulness — so you can shift from stress to calm more easily in daily life.

How to release physical tension and build supportive strength through therapeutic movements that honor your body’s current state.

How hormonal imbalances show up in the body — and ways to support your endocrine system through yoga, rest, and nervous system care.

How digestion and emotional health are linked, and how to support both using yoga practices that nourish your gut and soothe your mind.

Somatic tools you can take home — including breath techniques, restorative postures, and gentle sequences for ongoing support.

The connection between physical systems and emotional well-being, empowering you to notice subtle cues and respond with more awareness and compassion.
