PRANIC Flow
Feel the dynamic art of energy awakening in Pranic Flow! This practice integrates powerful, flowing asanas with conscious breath to further harmonize strength and vitality and enhance the flow of prāṇa- the life force within you. Pranic Flow welcomes all levels as you move to release blockages, enhance resilience, revitalize energy, and create a sense of balance and internal clarity.
PRANIC Flow
Pranic Flow is a lively and illuminating practice grounded in the timeless teachings of Haṭha Yoga. Prāṇa — the subtle life-force that animates the body — becomes our guiding current, enlivening each movement and breath. This class is a complete practice, integrating dynamic-asana sequences and intentional breath work to ignite vitality, develop power, and unify body and mind.
The class unfolds as a flowing sequence of movement and breath, where each sequence organically builds on the previous one, with intention and presence. Breath is the guide (prāṇa-neta), the body is the vessel (pātra), and movement is the offering. Each practice generates tapas (inner heat), draws upon the innate bala (strength) available to you, and cultivates bhāva, the peaceful state of mindful movement and awareness.
The magic of Pranic Flow lies in the seamless combination of strength and fluidity. The sequences will relieve tension and build resilience; open channels of prāṇa, restoring the natural harmony of body, breath, and mind. By the end of the practice, the body feels energized, breath moves supplely, and the mind is resting in clarity and balance — deeply refreshing and invigorating delivery of your own vital energy source.
From STRENGTH to FLOW
Building on this dynamic practice, Pranic Flow transitions into a series of strong, Hatha-inspired asanas designed to awaken strength (bala), vitality (ojas), and the flow of prāṇa. So inspired by Fierce Flow, energising intermediate postures are incorporated such as Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III), Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle Position), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), Natarajasana (Dancer’s Pose) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I; recovering, actively within steady movement/holding expression (sthira) and ease (sukha) to open channels of energy (nāḍī).
Pranic Flow is a full energetic practice – integrating strength, alignment, and breath awareness to harmonise the body, energy & mind. Supporting the practice of tapas (inner heat), awakening of śakti (power), and encouraging the flow of prāṇa, the experience nourishes and enlivens the body whilst centering the mind.
Whether you are looking to build physical resilience, work through blockages, or link back into your life force, Pranic Flow will provide opportunities to experience strength, balance, and vitality.
