Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement I have read and understood the cancellation policy as outlined below:
A 50% deposit paid by 15 January 2026 is non-refundable under all circumstances, except if the retreat is cancelled by Rudrakshaa Yogashala due to unforeseen circumstances.
After the deposit deadline, the following cancellation policy applies only to the remaining amount paid (if any):
Cancellation 2 months before the retreat start date:
Cancellation 1 month before the retreat start date:
Cancellations within 1 month of the retreat start date:
In the unlikely event that Rudrakshaa Yogashala cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, will be provided.
Refunds, where applicable, are calculated based on the amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit at the time of cancellation. This policy is required due to advance commitments made for accommodation, flights, ceremonies, and retreat logistics.

Travel Insurance & Visa Advisory Travel insurance for the duration of the retreat will be arranged on behalf of participants.
Participants are kindly requested to ensure that their passport and visa requirements for Indonesia (Bali) are in order prior to travel. Visa regulations vary by nationality, and obtaining the appropriate visa remains the participant’s responsibility.
