This struggle led her to seek a deeper understanding of yoga, initially through self-study via books and videos. However, recognizing the limitations of this approach, Ritu made the pivotal decision to travel to India, the birthplace of yoga, to receive formal training from esteemed teachers.

In India, Ritu completed her initial level of teacher training in 2019, followed by an advanced level in 2020. Her commitment to excellence propelled her to undertake specialized programs, culminating in 1300 hours of Yoga Teachers Training and an additional 85 hours of pre and post-natal training. These rigorous certifications have equipped her with the skills to address a wide range of health issues and life stages, making her a versatile and empathetic teacher.
